Description
The Neptune NPP-30 is a highly efficient, heavy-duty 3-inch petrol water pump designed specifically for high-volume water transfer applications such as agricultural field irrigation, construction site dewatering, and emergency flood management. At the heart of this portable machine is a robust 196 cc, 4-stroke, overhead valve (OHV) single-cylinder engine that delivers a powerful 6.5 HP output. Because it utilizes a 4-stroke mechanism, the engine operates independently on pure petrol, eliminating the tedious hassle of pre-mixing oil and fuel, while delivering vastly superior fuel economy, reduced exhaust emissions, and quieter operation compared to traditional 2-stroke pumps. This mechanical setup allows the pump to run continuously for several hours on a single 3.6-litre fuel tank, making it an indispensable asset for remote farmlands and off-grid worksites where electricity is entirely unavailable.Built for rugged everyday use, the pump features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant aluminum centrifugal housing paired with a rigid cast-iron volute and impeller, allowing it to handle light debris and muddy water without clogging. It boasts an exceptional flow rate, capable of discharging up to 600 litres of water per minute (36,000 litres per hour) through its dual 3-inch inlet and outlet ports. It can effectively pull water from a deep vertical suction lift of up to 8 meters and push it to a maximum vertical delivery head of 30 meters. For added longevity, the internal mechanics are shielded by a premium carbon-ceramic mechanical seal that prevents water from seeping into the engine, while a dual-stage air filtration system protects the combustion chamber from harsh dust and grit. The entire assembly is securely enclosed within a rigid, portable steel open-frame cradle equipped with anti-vibration rubber mounts, which not only shields the engine from impact damage but also ensures the unit remains stable and anchored on uneven terrain during high-pressure operations.
