Description
The V4 1 HP 12-Stage Submersible Pump Set is a robust and highly efficient water-pumping system specifically engineered to operate deep within a 4-inch (100 mm) borewell casing. Combining a powerful 1 HP (0.75 kW) motor with a 12-stage multi-impeller assembly, this pump builds the intense hydraulic pressure required to lift water across vertical heights of 230 to 250 feet (approximately 70 to 76 meters). The "V4" designation ensures its compact, slimline profile fits seamlessly inside standard domestic and agricultural borewells without risk of getting wedged.Constructed to withstand harsh underground conditions, the pump features a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel (SS) outer body coupled with a high-grade cast iron or stainless steel delivery casing. Internally, the motor is wound with 100% pure copper wire, which minimizes electrical losses, prevents rapid overheating, and significantly extends the overall operational life of the unit. The 12 individual stages consist of precision-engineered, abrasion-resistant impellers and diffusers, often made of premium polymers or glass-filled Delrin, allowing the pump to handle minor sand content and turbid water without suffering premature wear.
